A New Way Forward

Over the last few months we’ve been busy restructuring our business, our offerings, our website and our team. The main reason for all of this activity is that Marian Way and I have become business partners, combining the strengths and expertise of Training Attention and Clean Learning. We’re keeping both brand names, with Training Attention focusing on consultancy and culture change and Clean Learning on training and coaching.  We’ve also been joined by a number of talented coaches, trainers and consultants, who are already starting to deliver Clean Learning courses and to work on Training Attention consultancy projects.

To signify the merging of the companies, we’ve merged our logos: the new icon incorporates the shapes and colours of the old Clean Learning logo and the six-ness of the Training Attention snowflake. Both websites have also undergone an overhaul and we have changed the way we deliver some of our courses. We have successfully applied to move our Accredited ILM Centre status from Training Attention to Clean Learning.

As a result, Clean Learning is now able to offer training in using Clean Language with groups as well as with individuals, along with a formal qualification in coaching and mentoring. And Training Attention can focus on our new mission: to support leaders, in all sectors, to build collaborative, sustainable, peaceful and highly effective organisations.

Our vision is to grow our network, slowly and intelligently, in local and global partnerships, testing and refining our work and supporting the world to move from contempt and conflict, towards curiosity and collaboration.

We’re already benefitting enormously from the collaboration. We’re noticing more cross-fertilisation of ideas as well as the sheer joy of working with a team of people who are so clean-hearted. Naturally, we hope our clients and customers will benefit, too, as we put our heads together to create new and different ways of helping more people to be at their best more of the time.

Please do let us know what you think of our new way forward, and any ideas you may have to help us fulfil our mission, by using the comments box below.
