We take time to interview individuals, create models for where each person is coming from so that we can advocate for their position. Then, from this systemic stance, we are able to facilitate people to carefully unpack the issues they have been experiencing to make space for new learning and to creatively restore harmonious relationships.

We also work at a senior management and policy level to explore, unpack and remodel policies and procedures to avoid similar conflicts in the future.
