This is the original process for developing personal and professional metaphors and using these to create an engaged, interactive team unified around one common goal or vision. It is primarily a metaphor-focused training uncovering how each member works at their best and how they can support one another’s performance. It culminates in the creation of a joint metaphor model for a project, a team goal or for the team itself.

This ground-breaking work includes the fundamental elements of Systemic Modelling.

A Metaphors at Work process consists of project scoping, individual interviews, team facilitation and moving from metaphor to action.

It works best in groups of six to nine. For large organisations we build up the process iteratively.

Each programme is designed to meet our client’s specific needs.
