A certified professional coach since 2016, Nicolas supports individuals, teams and organisations in their transformation towards greater clarity, trust and collaboration.
With 30 years of experience in engineering and management across Europe, the United States and Japan, he has developed a deep understanding of human and organisational dynamics in a wide range of contexts — from start-ups and SMEs to multinational companies.
His encounter with Clean Language has profoundly enriched his coaching practice, offering him a simple yet powerful way to foster autonomy, deep listening and co-creation.
Curious and optimistic by nature, Nicolas believes deeply in the potential of people and loves creating the conditions that allow individuals and systems to truly flourish.
At Clean Learning, Nicolas is part of the training team for our ICF-accredited coaching programme. He trains and coaches in both French and English.

I attended the Clean Coach Certification Programme in Switzerland in 2025. The training was led by Nicolas and Marian, amazingly skilled practitioners; Nicolas led the session in French and Marian in English. It provided a very structured introduction to clean coaching that was easy for me to grasp and gave me the clarity I needed to understand what I was doing and build and develop my skills. There was loads of practice and feedback; the demonstrations were layered with learning, it was fun, hard work and intense. Set in a beautiful truly inspiration location in Yverdon-Les Bains, at the best time of year, great camaraderie, opportunities to work inside and outside, gorgeous food... and the opportunity to swim in the lake, walk, browse the local market, or chill in the thermal baths.
