Working in a tumultuous setting as business manager of several schools, I have found myself in need of external expertise to resolve a complex web of interpersonal conflicts from within a Leadership team to a team of catering assistants. The issues were as convoluted as they were detrimental to our workplace harmony, causing ripple effects in several environments. Caitlin, however, demonstrated an exceptional capability to not just understand, but reshape these dynamics into a framework for collaboration and growth. The result? A transformation that not only resolves conflicts but cultivates a culture of empowerment and improvement - meaning the team is left skilled to self-manage. Her services come highly recommended for any organisation in need of ironing out team dynamics and productivity, and promoting a healthier workplace culture.

The Northern Taste of Clean event is the one event I really look forward to every year and it just keeps getting better and better! So much learning to be had and shared by the very best in the business - a real smorgasbord of Clean fun! The choice, variety and learning scope for gaining new skills and knowledge is vast and everyone is given the best of opportunities to meet and collaborate with some truly wonderful, highly skilled and experienced Clean professionals. What a truly incredible group of people, hosted by the two most delightfully welcoming hosts (Caitlin and Shaun) who go out of their way to open up their home to create a safe, comfortable and non-judgemental space and environment so that everyone is able to turn up, just as they are. It's events like this that are helping to build an even stronger Clean community and I already cannot wait for next year's! Thank you so much for opening me up to this beautiful world.

From Contempt to Curiosity is a simply brilliant book. If you work with other people in any capacity, do get hold of a copy now - and don’t just read it, enjoy it and learn from it, but act on it. If you are a trainer, coach, educator or business person you will benefit from this book, just as you will if you are a psychotherapist, psychologist, counsellor, politician, parent or student. The reason I recommend it so highly and without reservation for anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and others is that it is not simply about skills, techniques and processes (though it has those in abundance), but it is about our attitudes to learning. The author herself models curiosity, attentiveness, courage and invention. You will identify these qualities in yourself and be encouraged to develop them further. Caitlin writes openly and movingly about her own experience. Go with her. Trust her. Her account is eminently readable and inspiring. You will learn not only about working with groups and individuals, but also about working with yourself, I promise!
