Pascal Clarkson

Pascal has a bachelor's degree in computer science. His broad expertise as a software engineer spans multiple programming languages and agile practices, including the Scrum Framework. He is recognised for integrating Liberating Structures into his work.

Pascal's professional journey includes roles as a Software Engineer, Scrum Master and Agile Coach, which led him to Clean Language and Systemic Modelling. He is a certified Professional Systemic Modelling facilitator. He has completed the “educational Train-the-Trainer” at the Brain Bakery, and is now a freelance Trainer and Coach for groups and individuals.

As someone with diagnosed dyslexia and other suspected neurospicy traits, Pascal understands firsthand the value of Clean Language and Systemic Modelling for people with diverse cognitive profiles. He will be delivering Clean Approaches for ADHD coaches together with Shaun Hotchkiss, starting in the autumn of 2026.

He delivers training and workshops such as the Systemic Modelling Bootcamp together with Jennifer Moore and Clean Interviewing with Caitlin Walker. He also leads the online community Start Better Conversations.

Based in the Netherlands, Pascal serves as a community ambassador for Clean Language Nederland. Together with Michael Oskam, he delivers Clean Language trainings and workshops in Dutch, aiming to expand these valuable practices.

Pascal also advocates gamification and playful learning, owning over 200 board games and welcoming friendly games when time allows.
