Mapping My Neurodivergent Self

Are you a neurodivergent person wanting to uncover your strengths, understand your struggles, and develop strategies that suit your individual system? This programme is a weekly deep dive into our personal experience of neurodivergence. Each week, using clean modelling questions, we’ll explore the structure behind different aspects of how we interact with the world around us.

Topics we'll focus on may include:

  • How we experience time
  • Questions we enjoy and don’t enjoy being asked
  • What people can do or refrain from doing to support us
  • Masking
  • How do we know what we want

The programme will be of interest to:

  • Anyone wanting to understand their own system, that of their partner, friend, child or work colleague.
  • People who lead teams and want to understand their own patterns and preferences so they can work out how they might clash with or complement other people's systems.
  • Anyone who coaches ND clients.

You do not need an official diagnosis of neurodivergence, or past experience of Clean Language or Systemic Modelling. You just need to be interested in how your own system works and how it differs from those of other people. Together, we’ll explore and celebrate our idiosyncrasies in a small group setting.
